Advertising disclosure
Advertising pays for the research. It does not buy a ranking.

What we run
Killstreaks carries display advertising served by Google AdSense. Every ad unit is labelled “Advertisement” above it, and occupies a reserved box so that enabling advertising never shifts the page under you.
Ads load only after you accept them. Decline, and no advertising script is requested — the Content Security Policy will not even permit an advertising host to be contacted.
What advertising never affects
- Which statistics are recorded, or how they are classified.
- Meta rankings, tier placements or editorial judgements.
- Which weapons, maps or patches get pages.
- The order of any directory or search result.
No advertiser has reviewed, influenced or been shown any editorial content before publication.
Placement rules
These are enforced in the code, not left to whoever adds the next ad slot:
- No ad may render in the admin area.
- On tool pages, only in-content placements are permitted, and only below the tool’s own output.
- No ad sits beside a primary tool control or inside a dense control group.
- No ad overlays a result.
- Every slot reserves its dimensions, so cumulative layout shift stays at zero from ads.
Interactive tools remain fully usable with advertising enabled. There is an automated test asserting that no advertising script loads while advertising is disabled or consent has not been granted.
